Now there's a new medium that financial services companies can use to advertise their products and services. This medium is a digital billboard installed at high-traffic locations in retail stores, according to IGS (Interactive Graphic Solutions) of St. Louis, which operates the full-motion, real-time advertising and information network called vuPLEX.

The network allows advertisers to customize their promotional messages according to demographics, time-of-day, language or even store aisle location.

The billboards are installed in retail locations at no charge to the store. In fact, the network shares advertising revenue profits with the retailer.
