Colliers South Carolina's Mary Winter Teaster recently represented Cola Town Bike Collective in the purchase of a 2,220-square-foot building located at 709 Elmwood Avenue.

Cola Town Bike Collective is a nonprofit organization that provides bicycles for people who need reliable transportation to get back and forth to work and other needs. The organization services bikes donated by the community and passes the bikes to a new owner free of charge.
