Berry Shoals industrial site leased 2 weeks after purchase.

Colliers South Carolina senior brokerage associate Richard Barrett represented Berry Shoals Industrial LLC in the lease of about 80,000 square feet of industrial space at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Greenville to Clear Touch Technologies.

The industrial building is located off S.C. Highway 101 near Interstate 85. Colliers represented Berry Shoals Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of a Chicago-based investment group, in the purchase of the building in September and leased it in just two weeks.

"This property was a strong acquisition for us," Frank Beidler, director of investments for the acquiring investment group, said in a news release. "While vacant, we worked quickly to improve the site and leased it to a tenant we have worked with for years."

The size and location of the facility allowed the company to expand quickly, Barrett said in the news release.
