Beer, music, food on tap for Savage Craft's Jan. 30 grand opening.

The wait will soon be over in West Columbia.

Savage Craft Ale Works will open its doors in a long-awaited grand opening on Jan. 30. From 1 p.m. until 10 p.m., the brewery will be serving several varieties of beer and a selection of upscale appetizers while band Love and Theft entertains its inaugural customers.

The brewery has been in the works for more than two years and has weathered challenges including construction delays, supply chain disruptions and a global pandemic.
