It's way better than a T-shirt. Golden-based NAREX Inc. gives its employees use of the company Beemers if they help find new tech workers. And they're no ordinary Beemers: The company is building a fleet of BMW Z 3 two-seater convertibles. One was on display at April's Denver Computer & Technology Showcase at the Colorado Convention Center.
