In the high-stakes, often relentless world of law, the lines between professional dedication and personal well-being can blur. As a lawyer who has navigated these choppy waters, I've found solace and strength in a personal framework I call the S.W.A.T. method -a practical, actionable approach to re-center and reset when the legal landscape feels particularly stressful.
