* Barry Gorman of the Atlantic Provinces chapter in Canada, have been named co-recipients of the 2010 Frank s. Capon Distinguished Service Award. The award is named for Frank Capon, a member of FEI for 57 years and credited with bringing the association to Canada in 1948.

Hewitt has been an FEI Canada member since 1970 and is currently chairman of IPAC and a trustee of of Canadian Financial Executives Research Foundation (CFERF). He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Financial Executive.
