Nominations of Bar Officers

The Nominating Committee, chaired by Russell T. Infinger of Greenville has met and nominated Bar members Nekki Shutt of Columbia for President-elect. Lindsay Joyner of Charleston for Treasurer and Brad Richardson of Anderson for Secretary. Nominations for Board seats are Scott Dover of Greenville for Region i, Lyndey Bryant of Columbia for Region 2 and Kimberly Barr of Kingstree for Region 3. Roy F. Laney of Columbia was nominated for ABA State Bar Delegate. Any eligible Bar member may file a petition to run against a nominee by following the procedure in Section 9.3 (b) of the Bar constitution.
