Susan Bergen-Painter, CFMP, of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Hermitage, Pa., has been promoted to executive vice president and chief marketing officer. She is responsible for development and direction of the bank's strategic marketing initiatives in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida. She is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management and has served since 2003 as a member of the school's faculty She is also chair of the school's advisory board.
