LEISURE Anything outdoors. I'm an avid sailor, love restoring old cars, camping and hiking and I also have a private pilot's license.

TIME MANAGEMENT Decide in advance how much time to devote to something, then give it my best shot. I usually don't sweat the small stuff, and give any crisis 24 hours before I panic. The crisis eventually resolves itself or I come up with a plan to address it.

STRESS MANAGEMENT Long walks, going for a sail, working on one of my cars.

BEST ADVICE GIVEN If given a choice between doing something difficult or something easy, always choose the difficult task. It's how you learn.

FAVORITE JOR/S Pretty much all of them. I learned when I was 16 bagging groceries that you'd better learn to find the challenge in everything you do. Ever since, I've looked for the challenge.

FAVORITE MOVIE Definitely Captain Ron. I don't go to movies to be scared or depressed. I go for adventure, humor and escape.
