Time Management To plan as far in advance as possible.

Stress Management Anything that requires concentration seems to work. That is one of the appealing things about fly fishing. I don't think you catch as many fish, but the process requires a great deal of concentration and is extremely relaxing.

Favorite Book Too Big to Fail--the individuals in the book did a great job, particularly when you consider that they had no blueprint.

Personal Hero Ronald Reagan. He embodied all the things that are great and exceptional about America.

Best Career Advice You don't get hired to do a job because of what you don't know.

Personal Advice Create a life plan in high school. All plans--no matter how much they change--are better than no plan.

Favorite Movie Ben-Hur. This was the first movie that I saw as a boy, where you had assigned seating and an intermission. And it was spectacular! A riches to rags to riches story with a strong faith and spiritual message.

There were plenty of life lessons there and it has always stuck with...
