BOARDS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE I started giving back at the Friendly Center, a United Way Community Agency, soon after I began my career. I have served on the United Way Young Leaders Council, The City of Toledo Audit Advisor Committee, and more, as well as a councilman and chairman of the Finance Committee for the Village of Ottawa Hills.

LEISURE Spending time with family, attending my kids' many sporting events, playing an occasional round of golf.

TIME MANAGEMENT I get up at 5:30 a.m.; exercise before the family starts the day, then rely on my assistant at the office and my wife at home for making it all come together each day.

STRESS MANAGEMENT Worry about the things you can control and try to keep in perspective those things you can't. And exercise is great stress reliever.

FAVORITE BOOK James Patterson or Robert Ludlum books are always a good leisure read. Two notable business books I recently read are Lecturing Birds on Flying: Can Mathematical Theories Destroy the Financial Markets? by Pablo Triana (an interesting perspective on the recent financial crisis), and Winners Never Cheat, by Jon Huntsman, which underscores the importance of integrity.

FAVORITE MOVIE I love a good action movie--any James Bond or Indiana Jones, in particular.

FAVORITE MUSIC My musical horizons run the gamut, from classical to jazz to rock. My kids...
