DOUBLE CELLING

Baker v. Haun, 333 F.Supp.2d 1162 (D.Utah 2004). Injunctive relief was granted prohibiting the practice of double-celling in certain areas of a prison, in a state prison inmates' class action challenging their conditions of confinement. The prison moved to terminate the injunction under the provisions of the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA).
