BACK TO BUSINESS MAY BE TOUGH ON BUSINESS.

With the pandemic still causing havoc in the workplace, employers are trying to create back-to-work plans that will facilitate a successful return to an in-person situation. Leaders are aware that some employees are excited to get back to the office while others have embraced remote work. To complicate the issue, some employers are finding that they are losing some of their talented people.

"As a leader, it's imperative that you really understand why your employees are choosing to leave," states Leon Goren, president and CEO of PEO (Presidents of Enterprising Organizations) Leadership. Here are five reasons why employers may start losing their people in the coming months:

* Breaks. Many employees have been glued to their computer screens and now are burnt out. They have been saving dollars over the last 18 months and may choose to take a break, travel, arid/or simply reenergize themselves outside of the workplace.
