TIME MANAGEMENT Juggling a very busy professional life and a young family is a struggle, so I am not sure I have any great time-management techniques. I do the absolute best I can to ensure that I am present when I'm home. Earlier in my career, I felt like I was not giving my family the quality time they deserved.

STRESS MANAGEMENT Frequent exercise.

RECENTLY READ BOOK Return of the Gold: The Journey of jerry Colangelo and the Redeem Team. Jerry is on our board and I have always had a great deal of respect for him. It was amazing how he set out to change the strained international image of U.S. basketball.

FAVORITE MOVIE My wife and I see many movies and I don't have a favorite. At the top of my list over the past year are The Town, The Fighter and The King's Speech.

MY HEROES My parents. My father took over a small business that his father founded and grew it into a very successful company. My mother started her career as a CPA in a Big Four accounting firm and then became a university professor. They both balanced successful professional careers while actively raising me and three siblings.
