As indicated in §8.A above, it is good practice for the trustee to announce the trustee’s willingness to offer the property for sale both in parcels and in bulk. The trustee has a duty to the mortgagor to obtain the best price possible for the property being sold. When the sale of property in parcels would more likely achieve the best price, the trustee has the duty to offer the property in parcels. Lazarus v. Caesar, 57 S.W. 751 (Mo. 1900).
