A Pennsylvania lawmaker is kicking up a stink about teens' heavy-handed use of Axe body spray and other fragrances. State Rep. Marcia Hahn plans to introduce legislation, called the Fragrance Free Schools Act, that would ban the use of scented products such as cologne, perfume, and body sprays in schools where students have allergies.
