It was with delight that I learned that Américas Magazine had won the Leo S. Rowe Memorial Award. The OAS General Secretariat annually grants this award to an individual or individuals for their exceptional service to the Organization, for dedicated service above and beyond the norm. Américas deserves this recognition.
