To decrease daily acts of gun violence as well as mass shootings, President Joe Biden's plan, as outlined during his campaign, includes some bold proposals:

Hold gun manufacturers accountable. Repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which protects gun manufacturers from being civilly liable for their products.

Reduce the stockpiling of weapons. Restrict the number of firearms an individual may purchase to one per month.
