Association Names Coogan Membership, Chapter Director.

The National Defense Industrial Association has appointed Tanya Coogan as director of membership and chapter relations.

In this role, Coogan will be responsible for directing the membership recruitment and retention operations of NDIA with an emphasis on membership value for its corporate, academic, individual and government service members. She will leverage the strength of NDIA's existing programs which are resident across 36 divisions, affiliates, working groups and committees, while connecting existing and prospective members to new opportunities. Coogan will also provide enterprise-level support to NDIA's 29 chapters located across the continental United States and Hawaii.

Coogan has been a passionate nonprofit executive for over 14 years. She brings with her experience and expertise from multiple associations in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
