Association Bids Farewell To Chesebrough.

* Dave Chesebrough, the National Defense Industrial Association's vice president of divisions, retired from his position in January, following more than 20 years of service and leadership to the organization.

NDIA staff bid Chesebrough farewell Jan. 19, thanking him for steadfast guidance and advocacy for the organization's 29 divisions. President and CEO Hawk Carlisle presented Chesebrough with NDIA's Gold Medal to recognize his many contributions over his career.

Chesebrough helped division leadership collaborate and develop their activities and events to best benefit members and the national defense community.

During goodbye remarks, Chesebrough--who became vice president of divisions in April 2019--commended NDIA staff for their dedication to the organization and gave particular emphasis to the volunteers who run the association's divisions.
