It is located in Statesville, and it is the only location HEXPOL has in North Carolina. It delivers innovative solutions and products that are based on advanced-polymer compounds. Those compounds are custom mixed and formulated to meet the evolving requirements of customers in a vast array of industries, including automotive and transportation, aerospace and aviation, energy, oil and gas, water treatment, wire and cable, building and construction, industrial, consumer, medical and pharmaceuticals. The rubber compounds are semi-finished products that are delivered in slab, strip or pellet form. They are made from ingredients such as polymers, fillers, plasticizers, accelerators and cross-linking agents, and other special materials.
