ASRC Energy Services Lynx Enterprises Inc. was awarded the contract to provide environmental permitting services for the Alaska Natural Gas Development Authority's proposed Glennallen-Palmer Spur Gas Pipeline.

The spur pipeline would provide Southcentral Alaska with a long-term natural gas supply by tapping into the Alaska Natural Gas Development Authority's proposed Alaska gas pipeline. This would move North Slope gas to Alaska and world energy markets via a Prince William Sound port facility and the spur gas pipeline to Southcentral Alaska's existing gas distribution grid.

The spur pipeline would consist of a 24-inch diameter, thick-walled pipe buried at least 6 feet deep. It would run from a site near Glennallen, along the north side of the Glenn Highway...
