ASRC Parsons Engineering, LLC (APEL) is the engineering link in the Natchiq family of companies serving Alaska's oil and gas industry. APEL, which was formed in the fall of 1996, represents a unique partnership between ASRC's Natchiq (51% ownership) and Parsons - one of the largest and most respected engineering firms in the world.

The result? An Alaskan engineering company With global resources...and the perfect compliment to its sister companies, Alaska Petroleum Contractors and Houston Contracting Company.

General Manager George Lamont believes ASRC and Parsons complement each other well. Natchiq's long-term focus on Alaska, linked with Parsons' 50 years of Alaskan engineering experience and worldwide network of resources - including systems, procedures, technology, and key specialists - are the foundation for this new Alaska company.

APEL has the depth of resources to fill project requirements cost effectively and respond to project changes immediately.
