The Arctic Slope Regional Corp. board of directors recently elected new officers during its annual meeting. Rex A, Rock Sr. was elected chairman, replacing Oliver Leavitt, who had held the office since 1999. In addition to his position on the board, which expires in 2005, Leavitt holds the position of vice president of government affairs for the corporation.
