A two-year pilot study on multi-domain operations has created a "revolutionary impact," according to the commanding general of U.S. Army Pacific.

The Army has been pushing a concept that encompasses new domains such as cyber and electronic warfare and relies on teamwork between the military services. However, unlike the process to develop the AirLand Battle concept--which took 14 years--the Army must work fast to put the new concept into doctrine, Gen. Robert Brown said at a recent AUSA conference.
