Park City - DESIGNBUILDBLUFF has created a new program, Design Build Buy, to raise funds by partnering with businesses in the Park City community. Every week during the summer months in Park City and Salt Lake City, a new partner will donate proceeds of sales to DesignBuildBLUFF. Partners range from retailers to restaurants.

Heber Valley - RED LEDGES launched two new luxury home models in The Mountain Villas: the Cahoon and Reynolds designs. The Cahoon two-story model and the Reynolds rambler range from 2,500 to more than 3,800 square feet. Both models feature four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The Mountain Villas are nestled against the foothills along the sixth fairway of Red Ledges' Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.

Park City - THE PRESERVE, a 1,700-acre, 88-lot gated residential community located five minutes north of Kimball Junction, adjusted its sales and marketing approach. Glenwild Realty will handle sales for the remaining 40 lots. Park City-based Redhead Marketing & PR has been engaged as The Preserve's agency of record to spearhead a new marketing and public relations campaign.

Heber Valley - RIMROCK CONSTRUCTION, a commercial and high-end residential builder, was selected to build the 2012 HGTV Dream Home in Heber Valley. The 4,000-square-foot 2012 HGTV Dream Home will be custom-designed with the bold, innovative ideas that make HGTV Dream Homes so unique. Home details include four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen, five covered decks and an outdoor living room.

Jenni Smith: At Home on the Slopes

Park City Mountain Resort feels like a second home to Jenni Smith. She grew up skiing the mountain's slopes each winter and hiking its trails in the summer. While in college, she took a part-time job at the resort. Once Smith started working behind the scenes, she never left.

Smith just completed her first year as president and general manager of Park City Mountain Resort and, despite her three decades of experience at the resort, she admits being in charge helps her see the organization in a whole new light.
