Architectural Nexus renovates historical building.

Salt Lake City-ARCHITECTURAL NEXUS, a Utah leader in sustainable green architecture, is backing up its commitment to the environment and the community by renovating a well-known building at 2505 East Parley's Way. The building, named the Nexus Design Center, will serve as a design center and community sustainability model. The center will be managed by educated staff members who will be able to offer practical sustainability and preservation knowledge and applications to visitors.

The Nexus Design Center exceeds green standards with ratings that are rarely seen, including a LEED Platinum certification rating and an almost perfect 97 Energy Star rating from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The center's highlights include:
