Arbors at Windsor Lake, a 228-unit apartment complex in Columbia, has sold to an unnamed buyer for $18.75 million.

The gated apartment community, constructed in 1991, was sold by a South Carolina-based investor represented by Marcus & Millichap investment specialist Drew Babcock. The complex spans 216,240 square feet and includes a clubhouse, fitness center and pool.
