Alaska Pacific University and the Department of Business Administration announced a new Master of Business Administration specialization in Health Services Administration. The program focuses on needs of current and future managers whose organizations provide patient care services or whose markets are health care, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related businesses.

Mary M. Rydesky was named director of the MBA/Health Services Administration program. As a member of the Health Services Administration faculty at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, she has taught courses in health care marketing, business communications, project management, and training and staff development to health care professionals.
