For its Complaint against Defendants, Plaintiff CESA alleges as follows:

GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

1. Plaintiff CESA (“CESA”) is and was at all times relevant hereto an Arizona corporation, authorized to do business and doing business in Maricopa County, Arizona.

2. Upon information and belief, Defendant G Limited Partnership (“GLP”) is and was at all times relevant hereto an Arizona limited partnership doing business in Maricopa County, Arizona.

3. Upon information and belief, GLP is the reputed owner of a commercial project known as “the Place” located in Phoenix, Arizona. A legal description of the real property comprising “the Place” is incorporated as part of the recorded mechanic’s lien, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

4. Upon information and belief, Defendant Entertainment, Inc. (“Entertainment”) is and was at all times relevant hereto an Arizona corporation doing business in Maricopa County, Arizona. Entertainment is the lessee of a portion of the Place designated as Suite A01 at which it operates a business generally known as “the Club.”
