This letter will acknowledge your correction of the deficiencies noted in my prior letter of [date] or your acceleration of performance to recover time lost due to inexcusable delays. Please note, however, that acceptance of your corrective action in this instance shall not amount to a waiver of your duty to comply with all terms and conditions of your contract in the future.

You are hereby notified that time is of the essence in your performance of this contract, and that strict adherence to all terms and conditions of this contract shall be required. Failure to complete your work within the contract time or any other deficiency in your performance may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of your contract.
