State Requirement
Arizona An Executive Order mandates that the Governor’s Commission on Arizona Environment
evaluate environmental problems, make recommendations to the Governor, and establish
a clearinghouse for the exchange of information relating to environmental problems and
their solutions.
Arkansas In addition to a “little NEPA,” Ark. Code Ann. §15-41-108 provides that the Arkansas Game
and Fish Commission must prepare an EIS for cutting timber on Commission land.
