Appellate Court Case Access Portal

The Appellate Court Case Access Portal should be up and running by the time you read this article. It has been a long time coming, but it is finally here following our security incident that shut down electronic filing in the appellate courts for eight months and then the transition to our new Tyler Enterprise Case Management System.
The portal is intended to assist attorneys and the public in accessing available appellate case information without visiting the courthouse. Only case information allowed by law to be viewed by the public using internet access will be displayed through the Appellate Court Case Access...
