A Sacramento, Calif., bank is producing videos that answer commonly asked customer questions about current financial issues. The videos are posted on the bank's Web site and the video sharing Web site, YouTube.

River City Bank (assets: $920 million) recently launched the second chapter of its videocast series, "From Wall Street to Your Street." This six-part series is a follow-up to the original series, which launched earlier this year.

"By reaching out to our customers through a nontraditional and more personal medium, we have opened a new communication channel that people appreciate and we look forward to continuing to connect with the Sacramento region in this manner," says Steve Fleming, CEO.

The video series features Fleming answering questions that are most often posed to him and other members of the bank's executive team, including:
