Fiserv Inc. of Brookfield, Wisc., has partnered with Micronotes to provide its client with Micronotes Cross-Sell, a technology-enabled service leveraging data analytics and interview technology to personalize banking and deepen customer relationships.

Adam Hubbard has been named implementation manager and marketing director of St. Meyer & Hubbard, Elgin, Ill. His responsibilities involve new client on-boarding and client management. He is also tasked with brand and social media coordination as well as opportunity generation. He recently completed his first year at ABA's School of Bank Marketing and Management at Emory University, Atlanta.

Capital Performance Group, Washington, D.C., has added two people to its consulting team: Tim Quinn will work in retail banking. He comes from Pitney Bowes Software, where he was an industry consultant. He spent over 24 years with Bank of America and its legacy banks. Paul Makowski will work in consumer credit, mortgage and enterprise risk management. He recently served as CEO, president and chief risk officer at Aurora Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lehman Brothers and one of the nation's largest mortgage servicers.
