Andrew Barnett is retiring after 22 years as a professor and eight years as director of the San Diego State University School of Accountancy. Barnett began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. He has served on the AICPA's national CPE faculty and in 1988, he was recognized as the AICPA's outstanding discussion leader. He served for four years on the AICPA Accounting Board Review Services Committee and for seven years on the AICPA Board of Examiners.
