F. Christopher Stoepel has been appointed group senior vice president, marketing, at Cole Taylor Bank, an independent bank in the Chicago metropolitan area with assets of $2.3 billion. Stoepel comes to Cole Taylor from Bank One, where he was head of commercial bank advertising.

Harlan Miller has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president, marketing and advertising, at Ohio Savings Bank, Cleveland. Ohio Savings Bank, founded in 1889, currently has more than $10 billion in assets.

Lisa Blake, director of marketing for First National Bank of Amarillo, Texas, has been promoted to senior vice president. Blake, who began her banking career in 1991, will graduate from the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management in 2001.
