The Stephenson National Bank & Trust, headquartered in Marinette, Wis., and Bank North, headquartered in Wausaukee, Wis., have announced a plan to merge. The merger will result in eight community banking offices and assets of over $430 million, plus a trust and investment department with over $440 million in assets under management.

Amber Farley of Financial Marketing Solutions (FMS) of Franklin, Tenn., has been named the executive vice president of a newly created division, FMS Social. The division is intended to be a single social media solution for banks. FMS helps banks to build or strengthen their brands.
