LEISURE As a lacrosse family, we've done a lot of cross-country travel throughout my son's school years to attend his games. In my free time, I also enjoy cooking, reading, playing golf, biking and walking. And, my husband and I own Pro Image, a retail store specializing in professional sports apparel and novelty items at the Mall of America.

TIME MANAGEMENT At the beginning of each week, I make a list of the top 10 things I want to accomplish that week. New items creep onto the list daily, which I review and re-prioritize, as needed. Globalization and the increased use of email to communicate transaction-specific data are making time management more challenging.

STRESS MANAGEMNT First, use humor--it takes the edge off. Second, I try to focus on the things I can control, and make sure that I communicate the status of things I can't control to those who can.
