* The Navy has changed the name of its Light Amphibious Warship program to Landing Ship Medium--but it seems Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro is still getting used to the update.

During a keynote address at NDIA's Expeditionary Warfare Conference in February, Del Toro said the "Light Amphibious Warship will play a key role in maritime expeditionary operations in a contested environment," going on to say he is "very excited about the LAW."
