* It's not often that intelligence community analysts emerge from their cubicles and speak publicly. Jeff Gossel, senior intelligence engineer at the Air Force's space and missiles analysis group, agreed to appear before the public at a Mitchell Institute breakfast to talk about threats to U.S. space systems.

"I am the guinea pig to talk about threats and if I say something wrong, you won't see me again," he said, while vowing "not to say something I shouldn't."
