Americans are working themselves sick. A survey sponsored by Oxford Health Plans finds people are raising serious health concerns by not using up their vacations. It found that:

* One in six Americans workers (18%) is unable to use up annual vacation time because of job demands.

* 34% say their jobs are so pressing that they have no down time at work.

* 32% work and eat lunch at the same time.

* 32% never leave the building once they arrive at work.

* 19% say their jobs make them feel older than they are.

* 17% say work causes them to lose sleep at home.
