Victor Fischer of Anchorage was inducted into the American Institute of Certified Planners College of Fellows. He was honored for his work as a city planner.

The ceremony was held in conjunction with the American Planning Association's 2010 National Planning Conference in New Orleans. Thirty-seven planners from 22 states were inducted into the College of Fellows.
