American Airlines increases service to Dallas-Fort Worth.

American Airlines will increase the number of weekly seats offered between Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport by nearly 14% this summer.

The airline is adding flights between the airports on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays starting June 6, according to a news release. American's new schedule will provide three daily departures on peak days to DFW from GSP.

"We are looking forward to once again expanding our partnership with American Airlines," Dave Edwards, GSP president and CEO, said in the release. "Dallas-Fort Worth is not only a popular place for passengers to visit from GSP, but it's a good connecting city for those traveling to the West Coast and Mexico, especially business travelers."
