The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued an Exposure Draft to clarify the definition of a derivative. Amendment of Statement 133 on Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities amends Statement No. 133, Accounting for Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities.
