A. Amendment of Documents
In anticipation of mandatory arbitration, the Statement of Client's Rights has been amended to include the following sentence: "In the event of a fee dispute, you may have the right to seek arbitration: your attorney will provide you with the necessary information regarding arbitration in the event of a fee dispute, or upon your request."153 The Rules of Professional Conduct have also been amended to reflect these rules.154
