Alternative Oath.

I write in response to Samuel Fields' letter titled "Oath of Admission" in the January/February 2021 Florida Bar Journal. Mr. Fields objects to the oath's final line: "So help me God." Upon first reading, I thought his point trivial, an objection he anticipates in his letter. But upon reflection, I agree that it should be changed. Forsaking Blackstone, I sought guidance from Puzo speaking through Don Corleone.
