In this age of federally mandated disclosure statements, is it possible to produce a bank commercial without a voice-over?

To quote the folks at Intrust Bank in Wichita, Kan., "Yes you can!"

They know because they did it, and now they're doing it again. A series of 30-second "positioning" commercials depicted bank customers and employees singing and dancing to an original theme reminiscent of the music video ("Cleveland Rocks") that opens the Drew Carey TV show. In the bank commercial, a soloist sings:

When I come into the bank, can I talk to someone Who knows my name?"

To which, the chorus responds:

"Yes you can!"
