Aldi partners with Instacart for online grocery ordering.

Aldi customers can now place orders online through online grocery service Instacart in the Columbia area for delivery in as little as one hour.

Aldi, with area locations in Columbia, West Columbia and Lexington, is investing more than $5 billion in plan to remodel and expand its nationwide store count from 1,800 to 2,500 by the end of 2022, the company said in a news release. In August, the retailer announced plans to expand is selected of fresh and organic products by 40%.
